Found throughout Europe, the Mediterranean, and parts of Asia Celery has a long history of medical use dating back as far as the 9th century B.C.
Celery Seeds are used in the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis and gout.
A great cut-and-come-again vegetable, plants that are harvested regularly send up new stalks.
Leaves, stalks, root, and seeds can all be eaten.
