Ensure delivery of this variety in time for the new planting season

Multiple purchases usually attract shipping discounts, so why not check out our shop and see if there is anything else you need.

All our items are checked and inspected visually before packing, so if the item you ordered is damaged on arrival please email us

to enable us to make a claim on your behalf.

If you have a problem with any of our items please contact us before leaving feedback, your satisfaction is our priority.

Plants should be unpacked on delivery and if not to be planted immediately should be placed in a shallow trench and the roots completely covered with moist sand or soil.

When ordering please keep in mind that delivery dates may vary a little if harvest conditions are difficult.

We ask all our buyers to please remember plants are living items and their appearance changes with the seasons. This is quite normal and not a matter for any worry or concern, your plants will look great during the growing season. Please don’t panic if a plant looks different to the image on the website. It is likely to be in perfect condition for the time of year and just ‘resting’ before it bursts into action in the coming season. Plants do look very different throughout the year. Particularly in winter, many shrubs lose their leaves and will look rather bare and stick-like and from August onwards many perennial plants may not even be showing above the soil.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and all our items are checked and inspected visually before packing. In the unlikely event of a problem please advise us at within 48hrs of delivery. You can also advise us by telephone on 028 794 17038 or 028 796 34343. Due to the nature of the goods we cannot accept any responsibility for their failure after planting as pests, disease, poor horticultural practice, extremes of weather and many other factors outside our control all take their toll. Goods will only be accepted for return after seller has been informed and given permission for their return.  A valid reason for return must be quoted. Refunds will only be issued when items are received back in saleable condition within 14 days from original despatch date. Buyer must pay all return charges except where an item has been despatched in error.
