Pride of Donard
A compact, erect evergreen shrub with fairly large, glossy, deep green leaves.
Carries short racemes of rich rose-red flowers from early June to late September
Prefers fertile, well drained soil and a bright sunny position with some shelter.
A popular shrub and a common sight in costal areas.
May reach a height of approx. 2 meters if left untrimmed.
To keep in check, simply cut back the old flowering shoots immediately after flowering.
Despatched as well grown 3cm x 3cm plug plants which are best gown on in 9/10cm pots before transplanting to their final positons.
